·       We strive for 100 % satisfaction and products can be returned for any reason, including but not limited to items damaged in shipping. We’ll do our best to make it right!

·       Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 Refund Options:

·       Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

·       There are no restocking fees for items returned for any reason.

 Return Shipping:

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to items clearly damaged from shipping and handling by carriers or the item is damaged during normal use shortly after receiving it in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping. A return shipping label would be provided in those circumstances.

 Special Considerations for Send Gratitude Direct:

·       For items sent using our Send Gratitude Direct purchase, please submit a return request through our Contact Us page and provide the necessary details required to ensure that the gift recipient receives a replacement item. We will work with you (the buyer) and / or the gift recipient to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

·       Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product.
